Ron Keeler - General Manager - Portland Service Center

Ray Bryant

Ron joined the Modern team in April of 2005.  Ron has been in the pest control industry for over 34 years serving thru out New England, New York and New Jersey.  He has worked as a service professional, salesperson, service manager, branch manager, and technical manager.  In 1999 he was selected as the "Professional of the Year" by the New England Pest Management Association. He has supervisory and master level licenses in four New England states. He resides in Raymond with his wife Claire and his dogs Moose and Buck.

Joe Hyland - HomeCare Service Manager - Portland Service Center

Joe joined team Modern in 2006 as the service center's Sales Professional, and has since become the HomeCare Service Manager.  His pest management career spans the last 21 years in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts and includes sales, service and management.  Joe currently holds his Master level license in Maine, and has completed Purdue University’s Pest Management course, Texas A&M’s Termite Management course, as well as numerous pest management seminars throughout the years.  

Joe resides in South Portland with his wife and 2 boys, and enjoys hiking, camping and skiing.

Ed Foley - ECOCARE Service Manager - Portland Service Center

Ed joined the team Modern in March of 2006 as a service professional.  Ed enjoys solving problems both with co-workers, and clientele.  After about one year as a service professional Ed has moved into the Client Care Professional position where he enjoys dealing with a wide array of clients, answering questions and helping them solve their pest problems.  Where Ed has worked in the field he has technical knowledge that lets him explain what clients can expect for service and results, which ensures you'll receive the "Modern Experience."

Erica Demmons - Client Care Professional - Portland Service Center

Hi my name is Erica. I am a Client Care Professional for the Portland service center. I have been with Modern since January 2007.  Modern has provided me with the training I need to assist any client with their pest and or rodent issues.  I am constantly getting new information so that I can better assist our clients.  I enjoy working with the Modern team.  Everyone is so nice and is willing to help you when it is needed. I am also glad that I am working for a family owned company.  Modern is very understanding and is willing to work with you on any problems that you may be having.  I am glad that I have the opportunity to be a part of this company.  I currently reside in Biddeford with my Fiancé and our three children.
