Since joining Modern in 1978 Mike has at one time or another worn a wide variety of hats, from starting out as a Service Professional, working as a Remote Service Pro in Northern Maine to Managing Modern’s Portland Service Center at a time that this Service Center was responsible for servicing all of Southern Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Mike has held various Sales and Service Positions through his years at Modern including Service Professional, Sales and Service Manager, Service Center Manager, and is presently Modern’s Technical Manager, responsible for Client Satisfaction and Corporate Quality Assurance, Corporate Special Clients , Training, Service Center Audits, Safety, development of Technical Standard Operating Procedures, Service Program details and a wide variety of other task. Mike is Modern’s NMPA QualityPro lead contact and is responsible for ensuring all aspects of Modern’s policies and service are in compliance with the strict standards established by the National Pest Management Associates Quality Pro Standards. Mike has completed training through Purdue University and the American Institute of Baking, he is a frequent attendee at various regional and national pest management conferences and holds Supervisory Level Pesticide Applicators licenses in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. |

Since joining Modern in June of 2000, Mike has worked his way up to Moderns first Training Specialist. His responsibilities include the training of Service Managers and Service Professionals. Mike was initially hired as a commercial service professional and promoted to a service manager within two years. Mike brings hands on knowledge and field experience to others on a daily basis. Mike has completed an AIB food safety course and has completed a correspondence course through Purdue University in the Introduction to Entomology and Truman’s Scientific Guide to Pest Control Operations. |

Sabrina joined Modern's growing team in Augusta in 2006 as a client care professional. In 2007 Sabrina was promoted to Modern's first Quality Care Professional. She is responsible for all of Modern's Quality Care duties which include; overall client satisfaction, webquotes, sales and support. Sabrina loves helping clients and working with them to make sure they are provided the best possible service Modern has to offer.
