The stink bug is a good flier, who can become a pest in the fall when they try to enter structures for warmth. They received their name, because of the foul odor they secrete, which is used as a defense mechanism.Diet
Both the adult and nymphs feed on sap, seed pods and nectar. Their feeding can damage plants and cause deformed buds and fruit.Reproduction
