I am finding that since the change from EHS to Modern, we are no longer getting calls or emails to confirm quarterly appointments, the service tech is just showing up. It really needs to go back to the system where we get an email to confirm the day and time(s) so if there is a conflict (no one available at address, etc.) it can be resolved prior to the tech just showing up. Thank you.
