Modern begins 2019 with fifth acquisition in the state of Connecticut.
Brunswick, ME – February 19th, 2019 – Modern Pest Services is expanding again in Connecticut. Today, Modern announced the acquisition of Mastershield Pest Control Services of Oxford, Ct.
Founded in 2004, Mastershield is a highly regarded pest control provider to both residential and commercial clients in Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, and Hartford counties. Mastershield’s service area aligned well with Modern’s current area of operations throughout Connecticut and was identified as a target of Modern because of their commitment to integrity and best in class customer service.
