The wildlife staff were very knowledgeable. Anthony B. definitely gets a 5 star review. He was knowledgeable and shared valuable insight with me about opportunities he saw outside my home that I was completely unaware of. He also found the entry point for the squirrel in my ceiling on our first meeting! I thought we would need to wait till winter was over to figure it out. The first initial visit with Sam was a 4 star rating due to the fact that Sam was not prepared with the correct clothing and equipment needed to complete the initial first appointment. I was a little disappointed on this initial first impression of Modern Pest Services. Sam was extremely kind and polite. He just was not as thorough as Anthony B. With that being said; I am extremely happy with the available services Modern Pests offers and I do highly recommend them. They are a professional company. Anthony B. looked the part, talked the part, selling skills and personality were confident and believable. Everything made sense and he gave me free advice about some opportunities outside my home unrelated to my pest issue. Sam just needs to work on his confidence and organization skills. He is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars. A word of advise: Sometimes the intent is good and it’s there; but perception is everything in customer service and sales!
