Pet Safety and Treatment: While our environmental treatments are applied with safety in mind, our services are strictly limited to the treatment of your home and property. We do not provide direct pest treatments for pets. For the health and safety of your animals, all direct treatments for fleas, ticks, or other pests on pets must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
Service Program Scope: Service guarantees and methodologies vary based on the specific program purchased. “HomeCare Green” and “HomeCare Organic” are distinct and separate service programs, each subject to their own specific terms, limitations, and covered pests.
Technology and Monitoring: Distinct from our general Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services, our SMART Technology program is specialized exclusively for rodent control. The system’s sensors capture motion and body heat data—without emitting active signals, light, or sound—for operational monitoring purposes. Data and metrics provided by these systems do not constitute a guarantee of total eradication.

6. Mobile Messaging / SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Modern Pest Services. Non-marketing messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, account information, billing notifications, responses to inquiries, and customer-support communications.
