Q: When does the merger go into effect?

A: The partnership between 603 Pest Control Services and Modern Pest went into effect on November 1, 2023.

Q: Will my service stay the same?

A: Just like 603, Modern guarantees all our recurring services. You will continue to receive the same high-level service you have come to expect. We will also be able to offer additional services including SMART digital rodent monitoring.

Q: Are there any changes to the contact information?

A: You may continue to use the 603 Pest Control phone number 603-210-2773 or info@modernpest.com email. You may also use links from our website to manage your account. You may see some new faces at your next service, but the same local technicians and customer service representatives will continue to service your home or business.

Q: What can you tell me about your technicians (background checks, training and licensing, etc.)?

A: You will likely still be served by the same 603 Pest Control technicians you have come to trust. However, during especially busy periods, you may receive help from a Modern Pest technician.
