Sadly Charles did not come onto the porch, which is the main entrance to the house. If he knocked on the outside door by the side of the house, no body heard him. Worse case scenario, I was not notified he was coming. I wanted him to come into the house and check for carpenter ants. They are the reason I was treating my home!!! Not happy with service!! Was always given notification by previous owner's.
Update : company called and sent Charles back for further inspection ! They were very happy to help to remedy the issue.
