Great experience with Modern Pest and their technician, David. David is a real professional. He was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Like any true professional he builds substantial trust with the customer, in this case this morning, with me. Thank you Modern Pest and thank you David!!

My company has been using a Modern Pest for the past 4 years, Dave Scott, Pest Tech, is very thorough and knowledgeable. By far one of the best text I have worked with. With his help we are really starting to make headway on our pest issues.

The tech that came to my house today, Brian Hunt was AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as thorough. Brian spent the time to really understand the mouse infestation in my basement and offer advice on remediation. I would recommend Modern, and if you live in Maine, ask for Brian Hunt as your tech. Thanks Brian!

I am happy with how quickly someone was scheduled to come to my house (2 days!) and Joe was awesome! He gave me great ideas on things I could do on my end to help with my pest problem as well as checking my home thoroughly to know where to leave the bait traps. Thank you!!

Mary
Very good job!!
Paula Welton
Rob, the service technician, was polite, personable and professional. He explained everything that would be done at my residence and asked if I had any issues to address in regards to the pests in and around my property. I couldn't have asked for a better technician to service my property. I'm hoping I get to see him every time I need service. Thank you for sending Rob to my cabin in mountains of Farmington, Maine.....it was a pleasure!!
Jen Rich
John was great. Kind, respectful, willing to help, and good attitude.
Jessica G
Matthew was great and took his time to ensure everything was sealed up around the house, just in time for the colder weather.
Sherry Schwartz
Technician was terrific; administratively, Modern Pest needs to get its act together.
The right hand doesn’t what the left hand is doing. One operator had an ancient record of the account and no record of the scheduled visit. A second operator pulled up the correct paperwork but without the scheduled sevice call.
But for someone working in the area who was then sent to my house, my caretaker would have been waiting 2 hours for nothing!

Very thorough with today's visit and explainrd next steps perfectly. I'm Confident that this will alleviate pest issues over time

Scott does a great job at our property. He notifies me when he is coming and if for some reason they have to reschedule he always lets me know. We have been using Modern Pest for a few years now and they do a great job for us, highly recommend them.
