We got the package deal as we do every year. We've only had to call back for a touch-up once or twice in all the years, but this year we had to call back. We had work done on the outside of the house and it brought the ants in again. Modern Pest sent Cliff over at a convenient time and he was very good; thorough, observant, respectful, and good with out cat (a major plus!).
