My company has been using a Modern Pest for the past 4 years, Dave Scott, Pest Tech, is very thorough and knowledgeable. By far one of the best text I have worked with. With his help we are really starting to make headway on our pest issues.

The tech that came to my house today, Brian Hunt was AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as thorough. Brian spent the time to really understand the mouse infestation in my basement and offer advice on remediation. I would recommend Modern, and if you live in Maine, ask for Brian Hunt as your tech. Thanks Brian!

I am happy with how quickly someone was scheduled to come to my house (2 days!) and Joe was awesome! He gave me great ideas on things I could do on my end to help with my pest problem as well as checking my home thoroughly to know where to leave the bait traps. Thank you!!

Patrick is a congenial, knowledgeable technician. He gave valuable insights on the Indian meal moths. He identified carpet Beatles larvae. He treated them with a special dust that is lethal to them as well as other insects. He inspected the kitchen, living room, and attic. He did a dust treatment for spiders and removed their webbing in the basement. He finished his treatments around the perimeter of the exterior of my house. Patrick is skilled, thorough, and likes to share information. He is a wonderful communicator and is an asset to Modern Pest Control!
