According to The Spruce, they offer, “practical, real-life tips and inspiration to help you make your best home. From decorating and gardening advice, to entertaining and home repair how-tos, The Spruce can show you how”. The site has over 32 million users each month.
They selected Modern for best customer service because, “Modern Pest offers fast responses through its live chat to provide the pest control services you need”.
They highlighted free quotes (for some services), ongoing discounts and service specials, and Modern’s status as a QualityPro business as pros. The Spruce also lauded Modern for adhering to the protocols set by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).
The only con was that Modern only services New England. Luckily, our Anticimex sister companies are located in other regions throughout the country.
