Modern Pest Services Gains Substantial Copesan® Business Due To Recent Industry Acquisition
[BRUNSWICK], Maine; September 28, 2010 – With Rollin's recent acquisition of Waltham Services in Massachusetts, Modern Pest Services, which has one of its five service centers in Woburn, MA, is poised for substantial growth in the southern New England area.
On July 14, 2010, Rollins, Inc., parent company of Orkin, announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to purchase Waltham. With this purchase, Waltham effectively disengaged from Copesan Services, the alliance organization of premier pest management companies, and as a result, Copesan has shifted a large portion of its New England business from Waltham to Modern. Copesan added Modern Pest Services to its partner network in 2009.
