Modern’s Lisa Cloutier Honored with Impact Award for Women in Pest Management

Modern Pest is proud to announce that Operations Liaision Lisa Cloutier has been awarded with a National Pest Management Association (NPMA) Impact Award for Women in Pest Management. The award was presented at the annual NPMA Women’s Forum in Charleston, South Carolina on May 10 to recognize her contribution to the Pest Management Industry.

The entire Modern team is incredibly proud of Lisa’s accomplishment and well-deserved recognition in the industry.

I’m happy to represent Modern in receiving this Impact Award. I am inspired daily by the number of strong women that I have the pleasure of working alongside. I am thankful for Keith Hinds, David Lock, and Leigh Fryxell, who have allowed me to grow tremendously professionally, and are incredible mentors.

According to the NPMA, The Women’s Forum is an opportunity for women and men throughout the pest management industry to create an inclusive environment for all members of their team. The Impact Awards honor and celebrate exceptional women at all levels within the pest management industry, in any role.

Anticimex SMART Manager Leigh Fryxell also received an Impact Award. Anticimex is the parent company of Modern Pest, and Leigh has been instrumental in implementing Anticimex SMART at Modern and throughout the country. Before transferring to Anticimex, Leigh was a General Manager at Modern.
